Practitioner of The Bergman Method
As reflexology specialist, I have studied and practice the Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology developed by Ziggie Bergman, the UK’s leading expert in Facial Reflexology.
It uses a compression technique to stimulate reflex points. This involves the thumb or finger applying pressure and also ‘walking’ over a zone in a caterpillar motion, bending and straightening whilst always maintaining pressure across the area.
Zone Face Lift
A key part of this treatment is the Zone Face Lift Programme that has been featured in Tatler, Cosmopolitan, Daily Mail, Bazaar, You Magazine, Harpers Bazaar, The Telegraph and on BBC Radio.
Ideally a 60 minute weekly treatment for 12 consecutive weeks, it typically includes a personalised plan for you involving the 3 facial treatments used individually and in combination alongside specialist face lifting tools.
