πŸ’š Have you thought about your recovery plan after surgery? πŸ’š
Post-surgery care can play an important role in helping you feel more comfortable and supported during recovery. Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD) is a gentle treatment often used to help reduce swelling and support the body’s natural healing process after cosmetic procedures.
Many people choose to arrange their post-surgery MLD sessions before their operation, so they can focus fully on recovery afterwards.
If you are considering surgery and would like to understand more about how MLD massage may help, Nicola is always happy to answer any questions.
